At msharmont, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help.
Late Delivery Refunds
If your order does not arrive by the latest estimated shipping date, you are eligible to request a full refund starting from the next calendar day. Once we confirm with the shipping carrier that the package has not been delivered and no valid explanation has been provided, we will issue a full refund promptly.
Change of Mind Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return, please contact us with the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved and the item is received, we will process your refund promptly.
Return Conditions
Products must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
We cannot accept returns on personal items, such as underwear, or customized products.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or delivered late beyond the promised date. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by msharmont.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with the return or exchange process.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or delayed beyond the promised date.
Gift Items
Gift recipients are entitled to the same return rights as the original purchaser.
